Once you have expressed interest in a vacancy at ISL, the Head of School or the Primary or Secondary Principal will interview all candidates who are being considered for positions. During your interview, you will learn in more detail about the post, the school's expectations and conditions of employment and life in Zambia. Please be ready to ask any questions you have relating to the role, the school or living in Lusaka. Interested candidates should submit the following:

Salary and Benefits
ISL offers the following salary and benefits.
|Competitive basic Salary (paid in US dollars)|
|Gratuity at the end of 2 year contract (equivalent to 35% of basic salary (paid in US dollars)|
|Baggage and shipping allowance at the beginning and end of the contract|
|Furnished accommodation for overseas hire staff including basic utilities|
